Best aspects of my stay were the friendly and helpful manager and staff, who were always ready with suggestions and information. The outdoor area, with its charming decoration and mini forest ambiance, was a delightful place to relax. The live music on the weekends was a great addition to the warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Worst aspects included the lack of social activities or packages during the carnival season, leaving the hostel feeling dull and lifeless. The staff's distant attitude made it difficult to interact and receive any help or recommendations for enjoying my time in the city.
